Our Consultants
Project Control Companies' (PCC) ability to efficiently and effectively service clients of various sizes in diverse industries is directly related to the broad experience base of PCC's consultants.   PCC does not hire "career consultants".   PCC has adopted the philosophy of employing professionals with hands-on industry experience.   Earlier in their careers, PCC's consultants worked as Controllers, Audit Managers in CPA firms, Finance Managers, Financial Analysts, Financial Investigators and Data Network and Information Systems Designers.   This diversity in "real world" experience enables PCC to provide its clients with practical, insightful solutions
to their business challenges.   PCC brings a level of expertise to each of its engagements that cannot easily be duplicated by career consultants.   PCC attributes much of its success to its ability to quickly analyze its clients' major concerns, and provide timely, comprehensive and cost-effective solutions.
Our Project Management
PCC stands apart from its competition in many ways, but it is our dedicated internal project management team that has allowed us to continually complete projects on time and within budget.   PCC believes in weekly formal communication to our clients on the status of their projects, summarizing both percentage of completion and costs incurred, thus eliminating the "surprises" that are so inherent in the consulting world.   Superior project results begin with superior project management.
